West is the Way to Go for NBA Online Betting!

An exciting day awaits NBA sports betting fans as the top teams from the ultra-competitive Western Conference gear up for Wednesday’s nine-game slate.

Golden State, Houston and San Antonio are the teams to watch. However, there are plenty of other games to look forward to, with Denver, Portland and New Orleans also trying to make their cases as new online gambling favourites.

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Washington Wizards (January 31, 08:00 GMT+8)

After their battle last week that saw Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal score 40-plus points each, the Thunder−Wizards matchup is expected to be another high-scoring affair. Oklahoma though appear to be in better form right now, with their core of Westbrook, Paul George and Carmelo Anthony gelling well and winning eight straight. If you’re punting, picking the Thunder -3.50 @ 2.03 seems a logical move.

Brooklyn Nets @ New York Knicks (January 31, 08:30 GMT+8)

Another New York derby, another chance for the Knicks to get the W.

The Knickerbockers have won all three of their meetings this season, and they have a chance to complete the sweep with the likes of Caris LeVert and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson doubtful to play for the injury-riddled Nets. Go for the Knicks -5.50 @ 2.03.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Toronto Raptors (January 31, 08:30 GMT+8)

Minnesota beat Toronto a couple of weeks ago, but playing the second of a back-to-back certainly puts them at a disadvantage. Adding more difficulty to the task is the fact that the Raptors have only lost FOUR times at Air Canada Centre.

With the Wolves also coming off a defeat to the Hawks, Toronto are in the best position to win and overcome a -6.00 handicap that pays at 1.86.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Detroit Pistons (January 31, 09:00 GMT+8)

Inserting Tristan Thompson back into the starting lineup and sitting Isaiah Thomas in the final quarter worked well for the Cavs against the Pistons yesterday, so it’s likely Coach Ty Lue will use the same strategy again.

Detroit, of course, aren’t expected to put up much of a fight after losing eight consecutive games. At least they now have Blake Griffin.

Orlando Magic @ Houston Rockets (January 31, 09:00 GMT+8)

After their big win over Boston, Orlando have come back to earth and lost their last two. Houston, meanwhile, look as dangerous as ever with James Harden and Chris Paul giving opposing defences plenty of problems.

Sacramento Kings @ New Orleans Pelicans (January 31, 09:00 GMT+8)

New Orleans will undoubtedly miss DeMarcus Cousins’ presence in this matchup. The All-Star big scored 41 and 38 points in their two meetings with Sacramento, and the Pelicans now need to find someone who can fill his void on the scoreboard.

Sure enough, the Kings will be hard to beat given that they have already surprised some heavyweights this season.

Denver Nuggets @ San Antonio Spurs (January 31, 09:30 GMT+8)

Bench scoring will be crucial for the Spurs once again here. If their reserves can perform like the way they did against Sacramento yesterday, they have a good shot at extending their streak. It should also help that they’ll be playing at home against a Denver team they blew out by 32 points earlier this month.

Golden State Warriors @ Utah Jazz (January 31, 10:00 GMT+8)

Utah’s defence has held up well in recent days, and they need to stay consistent on that end to make life hard for the Warriors. Stephen Curry is a game-time decision for this one, but make no mistake; the Dubs bagged a comfortable victory against the Jazz last December even without Steph.

I expect Utah to make things a little tighter, but Golden State should still be able to win on -7.50 @ 1.91.

Portland Trail Blazers @ LA Clippers (January 31, 11:30 GMT+8)

The Clips blow it all up and despite saying that they still intend to hunt for a playoff spot, it doesn’t look that way. With Griffin gone, Damian Lillard and his Blazers have all the opportunity to clinch the W and climb up further the West ladder.
